Defining and Applying Ethics and the Professional behavior expected of employees and the overall company, based on knowledge of civil penalties and associated criminal liability. Guiding the staff on how such information can then be used to govern the behavior of all employees and guide good business practice.
General objectives:
At the end of the teaching program students should be able to identify and apply the proper legal and ethical procedures for corporate behavior and corporate liability. To recognize incorrect behavior and therefore avoid prosecution for criminal responsibility for their actions or actions that may cause the company harm either legally or ethically, thereby damaging the corporate reputation.
